Please read these terms carefully before using Benefits Robin. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Benefits Robin website and services at www.benefitsrobin.co.uk (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Benefits Robin is operated by Viral Pas Digital Marketing L.L.C (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Benefits Robin provides an online eligibility checker and application assistance service for UK benefits. Our Service helps you:
- Check which UK benefits you may be eligible for based on the information you provide.
- View estimated benefit amounts based on your circumstances.
- Complete benefit application forms with prepared answers drawn from your information.
Important: Benefits Robin provides information and assistance, not legal or financial advice. We are not affiliated with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or any UK Government body. Our eligibility results are estimates based on your answers. Final decisions on all benefit claims are made by the DWP or the relevant authority.
3. What You Are Paying For
When you pay the one-time fee of £74, you receive access to:
- Eligibility assessment across 20+ UK benefits
- Assessment for up to 4 additional household members
- Prepared answers mapped to official claim form questions
- Step-by-step guidance on how to submit your claims
- Personalised dashboard to track your progress
What is NOT included:
- Benefits Robin does NOT submit forms or claims on your behalf.
- Benefits Robin does NOT guarantee that you will receive any benefits.
- Benefits Robin does NOT provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
- Benefits Robin does NOT act as your representative with the DWP or any government body.
4. 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed the paid service features. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@benefitsrobin.co.uk.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information: The accuracy of your eligibility results depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you enter is truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Review before submitting: You are responsible for reviewing all information before approving any submission. By approving a submission, you confirm that the information is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Keep your account secure: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Use the Service lawfully: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including submitting false information in benefit applications. Providing false information on a benefit claim is a criminal offence.
- Notify us of changes: If your circumstances change after you have submitted an application, you are responsible for notifying the DWP and updating your information.
6. DWP and Final Decisions
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Benefits Robin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DWP or any UK Government department.
- All final decisions regarding benefit entitlement, eligibility, and amounts are made solely by the DWP or the relevant authority.
- Our eligibility results and estimated amounts are based on the information you provide and publicly available eligibility criteria. They do not constitute a guarantee or promise of any benefit entitlement.
- We have no influence over or involvement in the decision-making process of the DWP or any other benefit authority.
- The actual amount of any benefit you may receive could differ from the estimates provided by our Service.
7. Information, Not Advice
The Service provides general information and assistance relating to UK benefits. It does not constitute:
- Legal advice or legal representation
- Financial advice or financial planning
- Medical advice or diagnosis
- A substitute for professional advice from a qualified solicitor, financial adviser, or other professional
If you require legal or financial advice, we recommend contacting a qualified professional or your local Citizens Advice.
8. Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a conditional money-back guarantee on our Full Claims Service. A refund may be issued where all of the following conditions are met:
- Full process completion: You have completed the full claims process for yourself and all family members included in your purchase (up to 4 additional household members).
- First application declined: Your initial benefit application was declined by the DWP or the relevant authority.
- Reconsideration or appeal also declined: A mandatory reconsideration or appeal of the initial decision was also unsuccessful.
- Accurate information provided: All information you provided through our Service was truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Cooperation with all requests: You cooperated fully with any requests from the DWP or the relevant authority, including attending assessments, providing evidence, and responding to correspondence within the required timeframes.
- Refund requested within 120 days: Your refund request is made within 120 days of the date of your original payment.
How to request a refund: Email support@benefitsrobin.co.uk with your payment reference and details of the declined decision(s). We aim to review all refund requests within 14 business days.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any warranties or representations, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our eligibility results or estimated amounts.
- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: unsuccessful benefit applications, incorrect eligibility results, delays in processing, or any decision made by the DWP or another authority.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, data, or other intangible losses.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, logos, text, and software on the Benefits Robin website are the intellectual property of Viral Pas Digital Marketing L.L.C or our licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
The information you provide through our Service remains your personal data, and your rights in respect of that data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Account Termination
By you: You can close your account at any time by contacting us at support@benefitsrobin.co.uk or through your account settings. Upon closure, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, including but not limited to: providing false information, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the termination, nor does it affect your data protection rights under our Privacy Policy.
12. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable and available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
- Modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
- Update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Benefits Robin regarding your use of the Service.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
