What We Can Help With
Our team can assist you with:

- General information about benefits: We can provide general information about UK benefits, eligibility criteria, and the application process.
- Technical issues: If you are experiencing a bug, error, or accessibility issue with our website.
- Feedback and suggestions: We welcome feedback on how we can improve our service.
What We Are Not Able to Help With
As an information and assistance service, there are some things that fall outside what we can provide:
- Legal or financial advice: We are not qualified to give legal or financial advice. For legal support, we recommend contacting Citizens Advice or a qualified solicitor.
- DWP decisions: We are not affiliated with the DWP and cannot influence or change benefit decisions. If you disagree with a decision, we can provide information about the reconsideration and appeals process.
- Emergency financial help: If you are in immediate financial crisis, please contact your local council about emergency welfare assistance, or call the Jobcentre Plus helpline on 0800 169 0190.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible:
- General enquiries: Within 2 working days
- Data access or deletion requests: Within 30 days, in line with GDPR requirements
- Complaints: Acknowledged within 2 working days, with a full response within 14 working days. See our complaints procedure for more details.
Please note that we operate during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Enquiries received outside these hours will be addressed on the next working day.
